- That’s a Wrap! Graph + AI Summit Day 3 Recap

As they say in the movie industry, “That’s a wrap!”
We closed out the Graph + AI Summit yesterday with our “Developer Day” content. When we were planning the conference agenda, we’d originally planned for a two-day event. As the session submissions continued to roll in, we quickly realized that there was too much to fit into only two days, and much of it was technical developer-focused content.
The answer was an easy one to make – creating Developer Day and extending Graph + AI Summit to accommodate all of those sessions. To open the final day of the Summit, we turned to our VP of Customer Success, Tish Looper, to shine a spotlight on our work together with Women Who Code.
How To Cultivate and Grow Diverse Senior Technical Talent
Tish was joined by Alaina Percival, Co-founder and CEO of Women Who Code, an organization dedicated to elevating the careers of women developers. The organization serves over 290,000 members across 134 countries, making it the largest such organization in the world.
According to a survey conducted by Women Who Code, one of the primary reasons cited by the women surveyed that they might leave their current job was a lack of technical or career training offered by their employer. Women Who Code fills that gap, holding an incredible average of five training sessions a day for women looking to advance their skills and career.
“If it’s a reasonably relevant programming language, we’re going to be having an event coming up about it or it’ll already be available on our YouTube channel in an on-demand capacity,” according to Alaina.
In Case You Missed It
With three days full of great content, it’s hard to catch everything. That’s why we’re keeping all of the recordings available on-demand on the conference website for a limited time. Over the next few weeks, feel free to go back and rewatch your favorite sessions or catch up on the sessions you missed.
Here are some of the featured sessions from the first couple of days of the summit for easy reference.

There’s a lot more to share from the Graph + AI Summit. We’ll be talking with some of the guest presenters and featuring their work here on our blog over the next few months, and you can download many of the presenters’ materials directly from each on-demand session on the conference website.
I’ll close out the summit officially by once again thanking everyone who attended and contributed to the event. I’m already looking forward to planning our next event!
