Veteran banking, financial crime, and enterprise technology leader joins TigerGraph to scale growth as connected intelligence becomes increasingly critical to enterprise AI.
TigerGraph today announced the appointment of Alan Silber as Vice President, Sales, Americas, strengthening the company’s go-to-market leadership as it accelerates growth across financial services and enterprise AI. Silber as a key member of the TigerGraph executive team will work closely with the marketing, product and customer teams to expand strategic accounts, deepen financial-services penetration and accelerate adoption of TigerGraph’s connected intelligence platform
Silber brings more than two decades of experience spanning banking, financial crime, risk, data, and enterprise technology. Most recently, he served as VP, Head of U.S. Banking Sales at Quantexa, where he led sales for one of the company’s most strategic markets. His career also includes senior leadership positions at Infopro Digital, LexisNexis Risk Solutions/Accuity, SunGard Financial Systems, Alacra and MSCI.
Throughout his career, Silber has built and led high-performing sales organizations, managed complex global financial services relationships, and helped organizations adopt technologies addressing some of banking’s most demanding data and risk challenges.
His appointment comes as TigerGraph expands its focus on a fundamental challenge facing enterprises adopting AI: turning increasingly fragmented data into the connected context required to make decisions that are accurate, explainable, and trusted.
“Alan understands both the technology and the customer problems we are solving at an exceptional level,” said Rajeev Shrivastava, CEO of TigerGraph. “He has spent his career working with some of the world’s most sophisticated financial institutions across financial crime, risk, data and enterprise technology. As we scale TigerGraph’s next phase of growth, that combination of market expertise, customer credibility and sales leadership will be incredibly valuable.”
TigerGraph’s graph technology enables organizations to uncover and reason across relationships in complex enterprise data, providing a foundation for use cases spanning fraud and financial crime, identity, customer intelligence, knowledge graphs, GraphRAG and agentic AI.
“Enterprise AI is quickly moving from generating answers to helping organizations make consequential decisions,” said Silber. “That makes connected context increasingly important. TigerGraph has unique technology for understanding relationships across complex data at enterprise scale, and the opportunity to bring that capability to more organizations, particularly in financial services, is enormous. I’m excited to join the team and help turn that opportunity into growth.”
