TigerGraph Cloud Is Now Available On Google Cloud Marketplace

Following our announcement of TigerGraph’s availability on Google Cloud Platform, we are delighted to share that TigerGraph Cloud is now available on Google Cloud Marketplace. TigerGraph Cloud is one of the only distributed and scalable graph database-as-a-service offerings on Google Cloud Marketplace, and Google Cloud’s robust and secure infrastructure and its vast ecosystem have enabled our joint customers to advance their graph analytics in a variety of use cases from TigerGraph Cloud.

The integrated experience and the unified billing model offered by Google Cloud Marketplace makes it easier for data scientists, business analysts and developers to get started with TigerGraph Cloud, our fully managed graph analytics platform, by leveraging their existing commercial relationship with  Google Cloud. TigerGraph Cloud is an easy-to-use fully managed cloud graph database as a Service, built for agile teams. 

TigerGraph and Google Cloud

TigerGraph and Google Cloud have a strong collaboration helping enterprises accelerate the value of their data into insights. Customers such as Jaguar Land Rover improved supply chain planning from three weeks to 45 minutes. Additional use cases in Entity Resolution, Customer 360 and AML have enabled customers in the Financial Services industry to leverage the data already stored in Google Cloud.

Getting started with TigerGraph Cloud on Google Cloud Marketplace

Step 1: Spin Up TigerGraph Cloud in Google Cloud Marketplace

First, log into your account and select the project where you want to spin up TigerGraph Cloud. Then click on the “Marketplace” option, as shown in Figure 1.

Step 2: Select TigerGraph Cloud in Marketplace

In Google Cloud Marketplace, simply use this page or search for “TigerGraph Cloud”. Select “TigerGraph Cloud” option shown in Figure 2.

Step 3: Subscribe to TigerGraph Cloud

After selecting TigerGraph Cloud, you will be directed to a page that allows you to subscribe to the SaaS service. Simply click on the button “Subscribe” as shown in Figure 3.

You will be directed to the following page after you click “Subscribe” and continue with your input. See Figure 4 below:

Step 4: Register with TigerGraph Inc. 

Click on the “Register with TigerGraph Inc.” link to start working with TigerGraph Cloud, shown in Figure 5. By clicking on that link, you will be brought outside of the Google Cloud console to a signup page where you will register yourself as the main user of TigerGraph Cloud. Click on the “Login/Register” button as shown in Figure 6. Continue the registration process to TigerGraph Cloud following the prompt.

Step 5: Verify your email

If you use email/password registration approach shown in Figure 7, you should receive an email asking you to verify your email address. Click on the “Confirm my account” link as shown in Figure 8.

Step 6: Verify Google Cloud Marketplace Association in your TigerGraph Cloud account

After verification, you can log into TigerGraph Cloud with your new account and you can start using the service immediately. To verify that Google Cloud Marketplace is associated with your TigerGraph Cloud account, you can check on the “Marketplace” tab in “My Account”, as shown in Figure 9.
